Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 business day of placing it. Email livewellbedding@gmail.com as soon as you can with your order number and email address, and we'll do our best to help.
The shipping address on my order is wrong. Can it be updated?
Absolutely. Email livewellbedding@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, email address and the correct shipping address.
How do I change the items in my order?
Call us as soon as possible at 347-738-7576.
Shipping
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, within 25 miles of our warehouse on orders of $1,000 or more. See shipping and returns for every delivery zone.
Which carriers do you use?
We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, USPS and freight partners, and choose the best one for the size and quantity of your order.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2 to 7 business days of confirmation.
If an item is backordered, when will it ship?
We'll let you know as soon as it's back in stock and confirm with you before shipping.
How do I give delivery instructions to the carrier?

Payments
What payment options are available?
Zelle or bank transfer. Send the invoice total by Zelle to (646) 886-7177, registered to LiveWell Bedding Inc.
Check. Make it out to LiveWell Bedding Inc. and email a photo of the check to us for electronic deposit.
Debit or credit card. A 4% transaction fee applies to card payments.

How deep are your fitted sheets?
Our fitted sheets fit mattresses up to 16 inches deep, with the best fit between 12 and 16 inches. Much deeper or thinner mattresses may not fit perfectly.
