Shipping
Every order ships from our warehouse in Maspeth, New York. Delivery terms depend on how far you are from us.

Let us manage your freight
For deliveries over 50 miles, we're happy to handle the logistics end to end. A surcharge covers the extra coordination:
- Eastern and Central time zones: 15% of the order total
- Mountain and Pacific time zones: 20% of the order total
We ship with trusted partners including UPS, USPS and freight carriers, and choose the best option for the size of your order.
Returns
We want every order to arrive right. If something isn't, here's how we make it right.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping
If an item is defective, or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping.
How to return
- Contact us with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll send a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refunds and exchanges
- Once your return is processed, we'll issue a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.
- Refunds go to your original payment method and take 3 to 5 business days to process.
- Depending on your bank, it may take another 1 to 10 business days to appear.
